Utica Police Arrest Seven Men For Lewd Behavior In Proctor Park

An undercover operation conducted by Utica Police in Proctor Park has led to the arrest of seven men.

Police say they'd received numerous complaints from residents regarding lewd behavior in the park.  They also say that men were allegedly exposing themselves to people in the park.
