Who says I love you first in a relationship? Is it the man? Is it the woman? Well me might have that answer from a new study.

According to a new study, men are more likely to say "I love you" in a relationship before women.

The study showed according to Heraldsun.com.au that men may start thinking about those three magical words about six weeks before women. It may sound romantic, but apparently there is a huge correlation between when a man says "I love you" and the couple's sexual progress. Men are happier to hear "I love you" a month into the relationship if the couple has not had sex yet. They look at it as a possible precursor to sexual activity.

If women hear "I love you" after being sexually active with their partner, they are more likely to look at it as a sign that the man is ready to commit.

Do you think this has any truth to it?
