You think it was cold here in Central New York on February 16th, wait till you find out how cold the wind chill was up north at Whiteface Mountain! They recorded record wind chill temperatures of -110. 

The Wild Center in Tupper Lake posted this Facebook about the wind chills from the summit reaching 110 below zero:


TWC News reports the actual temperature was 29 below and winds were blowing at 54 miles per hour.

Back in early January, an official wind chill at the top of Whiteface was recorded at -77. Some reports said it reached -90."

Next time it remember it could be a million times colder.
