Cazenovia's Annual Sidewalk Sales and Festival (Cazenovia)

We love this quaint and historic town, and we can't wait to spend some time in beautiful Cazenovia this 4th of July Weekend. This yearly event takes place from Thursday June 30th- Monday, July 4th.

According to Syracuse.com: The festival will feature plenty of merchants selling a variety of unique items. Food vendors and top notch street magicians will perform too. It's free to attend, just bring cash for the vendors.

 

Red, White, and Blue Fest (The Sherwood Inn 26 West Genesee Street, Skaneateles)

Patriotism and beer reign at this July 3nd event.  Red, White, and Blue fest has the feel of a backyard barbecue, and menu options include: Steamed clams, hamburgers, hotdogs, and since we're near the Salt City,  yes there will be salt potatoes too.

According to Syracuse.com: 4 bands will keep attendees entertained throughout the day. It's free admission, just bring money to pay for your food and drinks.

 

Syracuse Jazz Fest (Onondaga Community College 4585 West Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse)

Doobie Brother Michael McDonald will be headlining the 34th Annual event on Saturday July 2nd, and Sunday July 3rd. Jazz Fest will also feature music from :The Mavericks, Notefied w/ Julia Goodwin, and New York Voices.

Fireworks are scheduled to take place just before McDonald's Saturday night performance, and admission is free; you just have to pay for parking.

 

Baseball- Syracuse Chiefs vs Rochester Red Wings (NBT Bank Stadium, 1 Tex Simone Drive, Syracuse)

Baseball is as American, as apple pie, and ice cream, so there's no better way to celebrate America's birthday, than at the ballpark on July 2nd and July 3rd. According to Syracuse. Com:

Come cheer on the Chiefs and enjoy a night of giveaways and a special fireworks display following both the Saturday and Sunday night games. Dancing bat boy BBoy McCoy will perform at both games.

Fanfare and Fireworks-Lakview Amphitheater, (490 Restoration Way, Syracuse, New York)

If you haven't been to the Salt City's newest outdoor venue, bring the family out for a patriotic performance on July 4th. Here's to the red, white, and blue, so you won't want to miss this one of a kind show.
