To the owners of the Tully's restaurant chain:

I know I am not the only one feeling disappointed this morning after hearing your most recent announcement. You have decided to open up a location in the city of Oswego.

I have no hard feelings against Oswego. It's the place I grew up, the place I have some family, and I have many incredible memories there. But, I don't visit there nor do I live there anymore.

I think I can say on behalf of thousands in the Utica/Rome area that we'd love for you to open a location HERE!

There was so much speculation a few summers ago about your arrival. We spoke with you at the State Fair back in 2019 about you scouting out locations to open. You visited the old Zebb's location in New Hartford. You also said you were "exploring your options."

What happened to that? Are you still searching? Have you given up on your hunt entirely? We, the people, need answers.

I will remain optimistic though. You were supposed to bring your food truck to the area for multiple food truck rallies, and for reasons out of your control you weren't able to come.

Your menu is outstanding. Your atmosphere is welcoming. Your staff has always paid attention to detail and every time I step foot in your restaurants, I have a great time. I know we (the Utica/Rome area) would feel blessed to have you closer to us.

I can't reiterate this enough: please please please consider opening a location here in Utica/Rome.

Sincerely,

A customer in dire need of the best chicken tenders and spinach artichoke dip ever consumed.
