How many times have you told your kids, "don't play with that"? Perhaps your voice went up a notch when your iPhone became their new toy. If your kids have racked up unexpected charges, Apple is going to refund $32.5 million to consumers, whose kids purchased things with apps and didn't have their parents permission.

The charges were incurred because kids were playing on smart phones and other devices and most likely didn't realized the cost of doing this.
The NY Daily News tells us:

The Federal Trade Commission received thousands of complaints about unauthorized charges. The Federal Trade Commission has announced that Apple will pay full refunds to consumers, a minimum of $32.5 million, to settle a complaint the company charged millions of dollars for purchases made in kid's mobile apps without parents' consent.

So let this be a lesson to parents who aren't doing a good job monitoring their children's internet activity...wait a minute.
