Broccoli Potato Cheese Bake was on the menu for Easter Dinner in the Meier household.  Here's how I make it.

Chop and steam 1 bunch of broccoli.

While broccoli is steaming combine the following:
1 bag of frozen 'southern style' hashbrowns

1 pint of sour cream

1 can of condensed cream of broccoli soup

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Add the streamed broccoli to the mixture.

Pour the ingredients in to a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
