President Obama's re-election campaign has decided to make a profitable joke out of the relentless conspiracy theory that Barack Obama wasn't born in the U.S. Last month the president released his long-firm birth certificate from Hawaii that had been long-sought by the birthers. The campaign website is now selling T-shirts that show Obama's face on the front with the words, "Made in the USA," and an image of the birth certificate on the back.
