- Watching TV- There are tons of studies that link watching TV to being obese. And this isn’t just because you’re acting like a couch potatoes. TV actually rewires your brain to be a passive spectator rather than an active participant in life.
- Drinking– Though drinking can be a fun, social activity, it definitely has a dark side. Alcohol is highly addictive, depletes nutrients, shortens lives, damages relationships, and usually brings out the worst in people.
- Late Night Eating– Eating after 7 p.m. is a tried and true way to pack on the pounds. But it’s not just the time of day — it’s also that you’re more likely to eat ice cream, than binge on baby carrots.
