Forbes Puts Lady Gaga On Top
Lady Gaga is officially more powerful than Oprah, at least according to Forbes. On Wednesday, the magazine released its annual Celebrity 100 List, on which Lady Gaga ranked number one.
Forbes cites the $90 million Gaga earned on tour as one of the reasons behind her ranking, in addition to her 32 million Facebook fans and 10 million Twitter followers.
Oprah, meanwhile, came in at second, thanks to the whopping $290 million she earned last year. This marks only the third time in seven years in which Oprah did not rank number-one on Forbes' list.
Rounding out the top five were: Justin Bieber, with $53 million in earnings; U2, with $195 million; and Elton John, with $100 million.
