You're reminded to eat healthy all the time. The hard part is figuring out how to eat better. According to the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association:

"A heart-healthy diet takes into account proper energy balance. This means balancing what you eat with the energy that you burn."

They also recommend that you include nuts and seeds into your diet and limit processed meats.
