It happens to the best of us - We're just in a cranky mood for the day. There's nothing wrong with that, but this is how you DON'T handle the situation.

It's another "Random Rants and Raves" from Naomi Lynn. This time she talks about people who are in a bad mood (which you can watch in the video above). "It's okay to be in a bad mood, it happens to everyone," she says, "but you don't take it out on other people!"

There's nothing worse than having an office full of cranky people, all because one person was in a bad mood and decided to make everyone else feel miserable.

Naomi says if you can't keep your attitude in check, than you're banished - You have to sit in the corner, sit in your cubicle and not mess with the rest of society. Just because you're unhappy, doesn't mean you need to take it out on other people. And there's no reason why you should bring people down so they feel as bad as you do.

How do you handle it when a coworker is in a bad mood? Do you ignore them and let them figure it out on their own? Do you try to cheer them up?
