Sleep Deprived Teens Cause More Trouble
Very few people would argue that it’s tough to be a teenager. It seems like nowadays there is a lot of stress on kids to succeed. Enough stress to have teens lose sleep, and in return, these kids cause trouble.

Researchers at The Wall Street Journal found that two-thirds of teenagers who get less than eight hours of sleep on school nights are more likely to smoke, drink and fight. The study also found that 69 percent of teens are sleeping less than those eight hours on an average school night. Students who slept fewer hours also were less likely to exercise, more sexually active and more likely to fight and contemplate suicide.
Make sure you stress how important sleep is to your teens.
