Snow Emergency in Utica

The City of Utica has declared a Snow Emergency with a Lake Effect Snow Warning until noon on Saturday.  Our news-gathering partner, WIBX, has the details

Utica, NY (WIBX) – The City of Utica is declaring a Snow Emergency in order to ensure that roads can be cleared. This comes are some forecasts predict up to a foot of new snow through Saturday morning.

Cars parked on city streets between 10:00 p.m. Friday at 7:00 a.m. Saturday will be towed at the owner’s expense.
