It's National Pancake Day and it benefits Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals including our local ward at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare. Additionally, CMN Hospitals will have “Miracle Balloons” for sale for $1 and $5 each. They can be personalized and will be displayed at participating IHOP restaurants.

November 28, 2012 Yesterday was the Platinum & Gold Luncheon held every year at the Faxton-St. Lukes Home. It's an opportunity for the hospital to honor businesses, organizations, families and individuals whose gifts have made life easier for children and families who use the maternity and pediatrics wards of Faxton-St. Lukes hospital. Lite 98.7 was one of the partners recognized and our own Mark Richards graciously accepted our award.
July 26, 2012 The Dairy Queen chain is supporting the Children's Miracle Network today by donating $1 for every blizzard purchased. Unless you live in Oneonta, you won't be able to participate as there are no more Dairy Dueens in Central New York. This got us thinking about businesses we used to have but are now closed.
