Utica's Proctor High School has submitted their entry.  The video showcases the music program and subtly speaks to the tremendous diversity in our community by having several students ask in their native languages to "please bring back the music."

This means school will begin two hours from the normal start time. This delay schedule would be used only during inclement weather or during unforeseen circumstances warranting a delay in the normal start of the school day.
