April 19, 2012 The 2012 Summer Olympic Games are a few months away in London, and that means that an Olympic torch is progressing somewhere through the British Empire. It was 11 years ago that the Olympic spirit was felt in Utica as the torch passed through before the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics.
