What's up with the weather here in Central New York? Last week it was cool and damp and then we had a couple of nice warm days. Now it's darn right cold again. If you'd like to imagine that the weather is much nicer, watch this video and you'll instantly be put in the mood for the steady warm days of summer soon to come.

As I watched, the word anticipation flowed through my mind until the water balloon did what it was supposed to do, drench the kids!

I've got to try to simulate this with the kids in my neighborhood so I can hear them screech and giggle too.
