With the nicer weather we've been having here in Central New York, more and more people are outside exercising and gearing up for this summer's Boilermaker race.  Are you one of them?  Next month is  the National Distance Running Hall of Fame race in Utica.  On May 19th, runners will run along the historic Erie Canal and finish up near Commercial Travelers in downtown Utica.  The race, which began in 1999 by the Utica Roadrunners,  includes a half marathon, a relay race and a 5k run.  Race time is 8am for the half marathon and two person relay.  The new time for the 5k is 8:10.   If you're interested in running, you must register before May 19th because there will not be an race day registration.  Find out more about the National Distance Running Hall of Fame Race.
