$2,000 Check Donated To The Salvation Army In South Utica
Over the Christmas season we grow used to seeing the Salvation Army and their red kettles in front of our favorite shopping locations. This season, an anonymous man dropped a $2,000 check into a kettle at the Price Chopper in South Utica.
Eyewitness News reporter Sean Martinelli from WUTR caught up with the bell ringer who received the surprise donation:
As of now, this donation is one of the largest to date for the Salvation Army operation in the Mohawk Valley.
