Okay ladies, get ready to be disgusted. Police say that 19 year-old Elliot T. Fuller, was recently charged with felony second-degree unlawful surveillance. He allegedly installed his cell phone that features video surveillance technology in a dressing room at a local retailer, intending to video tape women changing.

The Utica OD reports:

They executed a search warrant on Fuller’s phone and used Utica College’s computer forensics lab to recover numerous videos of unidentified females, police said. He was arraigned in front of town Justice William Virkler and released. Fuller’s case was forwarded to the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office for grand jury proceedings.

If I could give you any advice ladies, if you see a cell phone laying there, stop what you're doing. You may be being watched.
