Adopt A Pet Wednesday: Meet Ziggy and Meredith

Remember, Don't shop...Adopt! On this adopt-a-pet Wednesday, we would like to feature a dog and a cat currently living at the Stevens-Swan Humane Society that are looking forward to coming home with you !

Ziggy is a 1 year old male yellow lab mix. He came from a high-kill shelter is South Carolina. He is now safe with us and is looking for his forever home. He is a great dog, who loves to meet new people! He is even great with kids. He can not however be placed into a home with cats. He is other dog friendly however, he does play very rough and loves to wrestle. Ziggy would make a great new addition to a loving family.

Meredith is a unique looking cat who came to us as a stray. She is now looking to find her forever home. She is a sweet girl who loves to be petted, but it will take a little time to warm up to new people before she trusts you completely. She gets a long with other cats, but does liker her space. She will hiss/growl at other cats if they get too close. Could Meredith be a new member to your family?
