How To Avoid Plows Pushing Snow Into Your Driveway
Do you hate having to shovel the snow at the end of your driveway that the snowplow plows in? Try using this simple lifehack to avoid that snow from building up and causing trouble.
This method was tested by WIVB of Buffalo. Here's how it works: If you focus on clearing an area about ten feet to the left of your driveway, when the plow comes down the street it will push snow in that cleared out area and not back into your driveway.
The “ten foot clearing” technique would work well from the beginning of the season or, if you can do it now it could save you from extra work for the rest of the season."
Some have tested it out and have had mixed results. Give it a shot and let us know what happened for you.
