Back to school doesn't just mean buying backpacks and clothes for the students in your life, but also that visit to the doctor for Immunization.

WIVB aired the story this morning,

In June, state lawmakers removed all non-medical exemptions from school immunizations, including religion. That means official proof of immunization must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the first day of school.

Now if you are a Parents or guardians of children and can't get your child into see the doctor prior to school you'll need to you show that they have appointments for all required shots within the first 30 days of school.

Here are the shots requires: measles, chickenpox and whooping cough.
