Backstreet Boys are going on one of their biggest tours ever and they only included one stop in our state?! Don't worry, we found some other close places you can see the boy band.

Living in New York we're used to having big acts coming to the state, but not coming to our area. Many times, you have to travel to New York City if you want to see some of your favorite artists. Lately, more and more bands and groups have been adding places like Buffalo and Albany to their tour schedules, and some have even made their way to Syracuse.

The Backstreet Boys are going on a HUGE 2019 tour - which is very exciting, but they're only making one stop in New York. And you could have guessed, it's in Brooklyn. Now if you're still interested, the show is on Thursday, August 15th, at the Barclays Center.

But if you don't want to drive to New York City or just don't want to deal with being in the City, there are a few other tour stops that may be easier to handle... And cheaper. Here's some other cities and dates the Backstreet Boys have scheduled for their "DNA World Tour":

  • The Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. - July 12, 2019
  • The Bell Centre in Montreal - July 15, 2019
  • The Scotia Bank Arena in Toronto - July 17, 2019
  • TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts - August 14, 2019
  • Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - August 17, 2019
  • The HersheyPark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania - August 18, 2019
  • PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - September 14, 2019
  • Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey - September 15, 2019

How Pennsylvania gets three shows and New York only gets one is beyond me, but there you have it - Some of their other stops in the Northeast and Canada if you want to try to make it to one of their performances. Tickets are on sale now for the stops listed above. You can get more information including pricing by visiting: BackstreetBoys.com or Ticketmaster.com.

And whether you plan on seeing the Backstreet Boys in New York City, one of their other tour stops or you just like the group, this is for you - The official music video for "Chances," off their new album "DNA" (available January 2019):
