For most people, tailgating means beer and barbecue. For one Western NY couple, tailgating before the recent Buffalo Bills game meant a whole lot more.

According to WBEN 650 in Buffalo, Kaitlyn and Gerald Holmes decided to tie the knot in a ceremony before Sunday's game. The bride and groom both wore Buffalo Bills themed attire, and the ceremony's officiant was dressed like a referee.

After the wedding, the Buffalo Bills did their part by winning their season opener against the New York Jets.

It's great that the newlyweds love their favorite team, but how many couples would be willing to give up a traditional wedding for a parking lot ceremony and a stadium-sized reception?

Would you trade your wedding for a tailgate ceremony at your favorite sporting venue?
