Cooperstown Distillery Releases Fiery Whiskey Called Spitball
Just in time for the upcoming baseball season, Cooperstown Distillery launched a whiskey called Spitball. Even though Spitball is illegal in baseball, it's totally legal to Central New York residents.
According to New York Upstate, this whiskey mixes a cinnamon-flavor with a slightly sweet whiskey taste. Either way it will pack a powerful punch.
Spitball is less sweet and more fiery than Fireball, which is aimed at "newbie" drinkers, Passy said. In fact, Cooperstown Distillery founder Gene Marra even added some capsaicin -- the heat-delivering compound found in chili peppers -- to Spitball.
Spitball Whiskey sells for $20 for a 750-ml bottle. You can find drink recipe ideas, and where to buy it HERE.
