Close Calls Caught on Russian Dash Cameras [VIDEO]

Recently I posted a story of a Russian dash cam catching footage of a bear getting hit after running out in front of a car. After the bear was hit, it jumped up and ran off as if nothing happened. I thought "what's with Russian dash camera's catching all the action?" Well, now I've stumbled upon a collection of these videos for you to enjoy and yes, they we're all recorded in Russia.

You'll see some citizens come a  mere inches away from life and death. What gives? Many of these accidents obviously could have been avoided.
