Watch a Dog Push a Guy in a Wheelchair Down a Flooded Street [VIDEO]

I've said it before and I'll say it again...what's with Russian dash cams catching all the action? In this video, a dog isn't catching a frisbee or fetching a stick...it's actually pushing it's masters down a flooded street. Not only were the people driving through flooded streets but they were recording video rather than stopping to help.

No worries though, the wheelchair guy simply waves them off like he's all good.
