Post-it notes are a handy way to remember all the stuff you have to do.  Those sticky little pieces of paper can also help boost your self esteem.  Delilah encourages using positive post-it notes.

Delilah has a twist on using post-it notes.  Use them to boost your self confidence.  If it's too easy for you to get caught up in negative thinking, try Delilah's suggestion as an affirmation of your self worth.

I want you to post notes around your house, in your car, on your mirror, in your closet, in the fridge, wherever it makes sense for you…and I want you to write positive affirmations about you or about some outcome you wish to achieve. Positive affirmations redirect your values, your goals and your way of thinking.

I want you to think about the things you are good at, the things you have achieved, the people who love you, the things you like about yourself. Write it down, even the small things. If you think you have a great head of thick, healthy hair, write it down. Because that little reminder will hopefully redirect your focus away from something you don’t like about yourself the next time you look in the mirror.

Delilah's Summertime Soundtrack-Roll Down The Car Windows
