Demi Lovato Debuts Spanish-Language Versions of ‘Tell Me You Love Me’
Six months after the release of her sixth studio album, Tell Me You Love Me, Demi Lovato has returned with an EP of remixes for the record's title track. Both Spanish and Spanglish versions of the song are included, plus a live acoustic take and EDM treatments from Grammy-winning producer Dave Audé and Swedish duo NOTD.
Lovato previously collaborated with "Despacito" breakout Luis Fonsi for "Echame La Culpa," also a Spanish language tune, and fans seem to love her return to her Latina roots. "I LOVE IT SO MUCH! It sounds so different, but honestly? I love it more than the English version." wrote one Twitter user. Added another: "Bilingual legend."
"Tell Me You Love Me," the second single from Lovato's LP, peaked at No. 53 on the Billboard Hot 100. She released its wedding-themed music video, starring Grey's Anatomy's Jesse Williams, in December. It currently has over 90 million views on YouTube.
Lovato is currently on tour in support of the album with special guests DJ Khaled and Kehlani. She's next set to play Columbus, Ohio on Wednesday night (March 14) before heading to Brooklyn.
