Driving Pet Peeve: Taking Up Multiple Parking Spaces

If I asked you to tell me some of your biggest driving pet peeves, I'm sure you've have plenty to share with me.  Lately, one of mine has to be people who take up multiple parking spaces for no apparent reason other than laziness or poor parking skills.

Time and time again I've seen it happen at Target in New Hartford.  Granted, Target is a busy store but I can't for the life of me figure out why it's so hard for drivers going to Target to park within the lines.  Or for that matter, not take up two or three spaces.  Check out this photo I took recently.  This minivan in the Target parking lot is taking up two and a half spaces.  What is that?  I had to take a picture.  Does this bug you too?  To me, it's just inconsiderate and rude.
