The Golden Girls was a very entertaining show that originally aired on NBC from September 1985, to May 1992. It starring Bea Arthur, Betty White, Rue McClanahan and Estelle Getty. The sit-com centered on four older women sharing a home in Miami, Florida.
Each character had an interesting storyline. Dorothy's main goal during the series is to find a companion she can relate to while her mother Sophia adds her comical outlook with frequents "Picture This" stories.
