Cancer Support Group
Are you a cancer survivor or currently a warrior who just been diagnosed ? Are you now or have you been a caregiver ?
Cancer is scary and lonely rather you are a survivor or are trying to deal with a new diagnoses. The type of cancer matters not, cancer comes in every color.
We know this struggle so we have started a local support group. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 6pm.
Jan meetings will be the 8th and 22nd because of the holidays.Meetings take place at The Bread of Life Community Center, 401 N Washington St in Rome. We provide information, light refreshments and most of all someone to talk to. The 2 groups meet at the same location/time however are held in separate rooms so we can freely talk about issues or concerns. Please join our Facebook group Too Inspired to be Tired ~Cancer Support and gather with us in person on Tuesdays. We will be having guest speakers for both groups, tba.
