Flooding Impacts Central New York Again [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

Just a week and a half after getting a rainy wallop from Hurricane Irene, the aftereffects of Tropical Storm Lee have soaked the over-saturated ground and again caused massive flooding of roads and home evacuations.  The photo galleries below are from Kirkland along Route 5, Whitesboro along Oriskany Blvd/Route 69 and Mohawk Street between Whitesboro and Marcy.
