This recipe is not just for kids and it's quite tasty. All you need is variety of fruit, shredded coconut, orange juice, and some low-fat vanilla yogurt.

This meal makes a nice light  breakfast or a healthy mid-day snack, providing lots of energy.


1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup watermelon
2 kiwi fruit
1 banana
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

And just wait til you see the banana at the end. It looks just like a coconut-covered marshmallow but you'll be surprised how much better it tastes. This is such a great alternative to sugary treats.
