It's that time of year - the excitement of the holidays makes its way around the area with numerous festivals and events. And this one coming up in Little Falls has it all.

It has been a Christmas tradition for 10 years and they're still adding fun new activities. Christmas in Little Falls is set for Saturday, December 9th, starting off with a frosty road race. Registration for the Red Nose Reindeer Run at the Little Falls Family YMCA kicks off at 8am, with a shot-gun start provided by Santa Claus himself at 9am.

Santa will also be on hand at the Little Falls Fire Station to meet the kids from 9-10:30. There will be an indoor Farmers Market and Craft Fair at the Travelodge from 9-3pm. And there will be lots of live entertainment. The Little Falls Elks Lodge is hosting the "Not So Silent Night" music fest from 1pm-10pm with a wide variety of local musicians and bands - Jonah Ladd, Kenna, Daydream, Ode, and Pine Ridge Mountain Band, and there's no charge for admission. There will also be a free jam session at The Renaissance led by local artist and jazz musician Oscar Stivala.

Also be on the lookout for something "wild" - the Moose is Loose! Take part in a fun social media game tracking the moose by sharing photos on their Facebook page.
