Is This Bank Robber The Worst Thief Ever? [VIDEO]

This guy may be the sloppiest bank robber in the world. Robert Williams allegedly stole $20,000 from a suburban Maryland bank and as he was heading for the door, he dropped the cash. The worst thief ever then opened an umbrella and began placing the bills in it. And for your enjoyment, and to assist the police, it was caught on video.

To add insult to injury, get this...as he was stepping into his getaway car he slipped on some ice, fell, and cut his head. Cops eventually stopped Robert's car and caught him.
