It’s Men Not Women Who Prefer Cuddling
Who says men don't like cuddiling? They do, according to the Kinsey Institute.
The group that studies human sexuality recently asked 1,009 heterosexual middle-aged and older couples in long-term relationships about how satisfied they are with their relationships and sex lives. The results are probably not what you would've guessed.
Surprisingly, kissing and hugging are more important to the happiness of men than of women. In fact, men who reported frequent cuddling with their partners were on average three times as happy with their relationships, while such activity had little effect on relationship satisfaction for women.
Both men and women reported greater happiness the longer they stayed together. However, men were more likely than women to report being happy in their relationships, while women were more likely to report being satisfied with sex. Are you surprised by the results of the study?
