Leann Rimes has a new album coming out this fall called  'Spitfire' and also a fall tour but for now, her focus is dealing with some emotional issues.   People magazine is reporting the  singer  has entered a 30 day in-patient treatment facility.

Rimes started treatment last Wednesday,  the day after her 30th birthday and  is seeking help for how to handle stress and anxiety.   Her rep tells People the singer voluntarily entered treatment to learn and develop coping mechanisms and would appreciate privacy.  Rimes herself told People: "This is just a time for me to emotionally check out for a second and take care of myself and come back in 30 days as the best 30-year old woman I can be.  All the things in my life will be there when I get out, but you know what?  I'm hoping they're not going to effect me as much.  I'll have the tools to know how to deal with them."  She has the full support of her husband Eddie Cibrian, who call her "the most remarkable and courageous woman I know."  As for that tour, she will take some weekend breaks from treatment for her shows and then return after each weekend.
