Local Music Monday- John Keller

Sometimes the best music you can find is right under your nose right here in Utica. This week’s Local Music Monday spotlight is on John Keller.

John began playing guitar and writing songs as a teenager. Since that time, he has become a well-received performer and songwriter. John Keller is currently singer/guitarist with the John Keller Trio, performing mostly original music. He is also a member of CNY's premier classic punk band. Besides being a musician, John has been President of The Utica Music Alliance & Resource Center, Inc. (UMARC). UMARC, a non-profit organization designed to encourage and promote the creation of original music in the Mohawk Valley. I've seen him a handful of times at The Tram Cafe on Sunday's, and he always has a great performance.
