Macaroni Kid Lands In Central New York
Macaroni and moms go hand in hand. The pasta is versatile enough to be used for artwork, easy to cook for meals, and loved by kids of all ages.
Now, Macaroni Kid has arrived in Central New York. It's a website and newsletter, specifically for local kids and families.
Audrey Pincott explains her stewardship and mission statement:
As a mom in Rome, NY, I know how difficult it has been to keep track of the fun and enriching events and activities available for kids. I’m extremely excited to bring Macaroni Kid to our community and look forward to the opportunity to support the many cultural, not-for-profit, school and just plain fun things there are to do in in Rome, Utica and the surrounding communities.
Macaroni Kid is all about classes, shows, events as well as things to do at home, cooking projects, book reviews, arts and crafts and more. Parents can sign up to receive their weekly e-newsletter by visiting www.macaronikid.com and selecting Rome-Utica from the drop down list, or go directly to utica.macaronikid.com/subscribe.
In addition to events in Rome and Utica, Macaroni Kid will offer reviews and insights about events and activities in the communities of Camden, Clark Mills, Floyd, Lake Delta, Lee, Lee Center, Marcy, New Hartford, New York Mills, Oriskany, Westernville, Westmoreland, and Whitesboro, as well as exciting ideas for family road trips and travel.
Ideas for articles and event listings can be sent to audreyp@macaronikid.com.
