McDonald’s Introducing Donut Sticks in Central New York
As if their hash browns weren't tempting enough, McDonald's is introducing another option to pair with your coffee.
For a limited time, McDonald's is going to be offering donut sticks. According to the restaurant, "Donut Sticks are made fresh throughout the morning, prepared in McDonald’s restaurant kitchens until hot, crispy and golden brown for a light and airy texture – never microwaved. They’re sprinkled with cinnamon sugar for a crunchy outside and soft, doughy inside, and served warm to customers."
Uh, YUM.
The donut sticks will be available beginning February 20, and can be purchased in servings of 6 or 12.
Of course, we'll have to see how these donut sticks stack up against the champion of all Central New York donuts: the pinecone at Daylight Donuts. If someone needs to perform a taste-test, I volunteer as tribute.
While McDonald's offers an all-day breakfast menu, the donut sticks will only be available during regular breakfast hours.
