Miley Cyrus On Jimmy Kimmel Live Practically Naked!

Jimmy Kimmel was joined by Miley Cyrus Wednesday August 26th. Her outfit that she wore, however, is what everybody is talking about!

Miley Cyrus showed up to Jimmy Kimmel Live, pretty much naked! She wore a very shiny and sparkly rainbow colored skirt and front open poncho Wednesday night, and that's about it! Underneath her rainbow poncho, Miley was pretty exposed wearing nothing underneath but some pasties over her breasts.

When asked why she enjoys being a "vegan nudist", Cyrus answered with:

"I see a lot of people with their clothes on, and they’re kind of [jerks]."

She goes on to say, and I am paraphrasing, that when you are exposed, you can't really be a jerk.

Cyrus also goes on in the interview explaining how being a nudist can even be a good icebreaker. She went on to tell the story of the time she first met Paul McCartney and made him uncomfortable. The 22-year-old actress and singer also talked about how her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, feels about the whole situation. Explaining how she believes her father would rather have her be exposed and be a nice person, then have a shirt on and be a jerk.
