Moe’s Southwest Grill Construction Underway in New Hartford [IMAGE]

The final OK was given by the town of New Hartford back in June and now construction is underway on the new Moe's Southwest Grill located on Commercial Drive.

The foundation for the restaurant, to share a plaza with Apsen Dental, has been laid.

Also the staffing up process has begun, given this job posting on craigslist looking for a manager.

There's no firm date set for the opening of the restaurant, only later this fall.
