After a brief closure instigated by the New York State Department of Taxation, a New Hartford eatery has re-opened.

Pho Ever Noodles, located at the corners of Seneca Turnpike and Commercial Drive in New Hartford, was closed and a notice indicating the seizure of all the assets inside the restaurant was posted on the door by the New York State Department of Taxation.

One day later, the restaurant is back open, and posting specials on it's Facebook page. When contacted via Facebook, someone with access to their Facebook account confirmed the restaurant was "open PHO good."

The restaurant did not provide any further details or explanation but did welcome "loyal customers" back via Facebook.
