Does This Horse Look Familiar? New York State Police Are Looking for Its Owner
Someone in Central New York is missing a horse.
New York State Police are asking for the public's help after a female horse was found wandering early Tuesday morning in the Town of Lee.
According to police, troopers responded around 5 a.m. on July 7 after the horse was spotted traveling south on State Route 26 near Streun Road.
Here's How to Identify the Horse
The horse is described as:
- Brown with a black mane and tail
- A white marking on her forehead
- One white left rear hoof
Troopers have checked with nearby residents, but so far no one has claimed her.
