Pull Up Your Pants or Face Fines In Massachusetts [VIDEO]

The Black Mental Health Alliance of Massachusetts has released a Public Service Announcement warning citizens about the state’s penalties for sporting saggy pants. Now in the State of Massachusetts, sporting pants “hip-hop style” with your “underwear exposed” could result in fines of up to $300 or even land you behind bars. In the public service announcement video you'll hear a police officer say, “You still think it’s cool? It’s the law. Pull up your pants. Respect yourself.”

The law falls under their 'lewd and lascivious behavior' statutes. Perhaps you have seen at various events cops demanding that guys pull their pants up. Well now they'll be able to threaten them with a fine when they order them to do it.
