Reese Witherspoon Is Engaged

Another big engagement for the end of 2010! Reese Witherspoon announced today that she is engaged to her boyfriend, Hollywood agent Jim Toth!

Reese and Jim got engaged over the holidays. This will be the second marriage for Reese, who divorced Ryan Phillippe in 2008.  Reese has two children with Ryan, daughter Ava, 11, and son Deacon, 7.

"They are extremely happy," a rep for the actress told Usmagazine.com

Reese and Jim started dating in January, shortly after she broke up with Jake Gyllenhaal.  There is no word yet on what kind of ring Reese is wearing, but a source told RadarOnline.com "price wasn't an issue," for Toth, who was named of the new head of CAA's motion picture talent department in September.
