Shelter Reduces Adoption Fee Due To Overcrowding
Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Stevens-Swan Humane Society is reducing the price of cat adoptions due to overcrowding. Jerry Kraus, spokesperson for the non-profit group says cat overcrowding has been a problem at the shelter for some time now, and is reaching out to the public for help. The Society is offering all cat and kitten adoptions at $50 each, or two for $80.
The shelter is located at 5664 Horatio Street, off Rt. 12N, Utica. For additional information call (315) 738-4357. Hours are Friday 11:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m., Saturday 11:00 a.m. -4:00 p. m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.
